I'm certain we'll be able to get this claim paid really easily, but the lawyer doesn't need to understand any occupation or own occupation.
So I'm a big believer in not using lawyers unless you are trying to be a little bit sneaky and claim when you probably shouldn't.
That's where I think lawyers do a great job because they know exactly how to claim, but I don't advocate for anyone claiming when they shouldn't claim.
