And the reason he called like instantly, which is not normal, it's pretty unusual to be almost the first one to call up, is because there were issues with the payments, with the rollovers, with the super funds, paying the premiums.

And so he was just calling up saying, look,

It's not about the money and trying to make sure we get that straight away.

It's just making sure that the payments are all sorted.

How do we get that solved?

And so that's a significant amount of money that these guys weren't going to have, you know, mid thirties.

Now we'll have millions of dollars in the bank account off the back of this horrific event.

now obviously it doesn't solve the problem uh and it doesn't bring his wife back but it does give him breathing space just to go okay once we get the money in the account which you know for a life insurance claim won't be very long okay we can just breathe we can take a deep breath i can focus on looking after the two kids and really you know making sure that they're

as best as we can be in this point in time.

So, and leading up to, you know, every time we have a client, we always look at what did they have beforehand?

What do we set them up with?

You know, what was the process?

And there was to-ing and fro-ing from the insurance company about the level of cover that we were wanting to set up.

And the advisor, one of our advisors kind of advocated for the client and said, hey, we really think this is important to have.

And it was actually the disability amount that we wanted to have higher.

The life insurance amount wasn't that important.

But it means, you know, one point,

$2 million of extra cover because the advisor kind of advocated.

And so that's always, you know, I've got young kids.

You know, if that happened to my wife, I'd be devastated.
