It was for a project called Metal Guy 4.
It was for Rome Total War, which is a video game, a real-time strategy game I've always been a big fan of, and they were remastering the original Rome Total War
And to coincide with it, they wanted to do a funny travel documentary about the Romans, but it was COVID, so we couldn't go to Rome, so we did Roman Britain.
And for one episode, it was about Roman British food, and they ate loads of oysters.
Did they?
Yeah.
Roman sites, archaeological sites, are full of oyster shells, and their walls are full of oyster shells, because they reused and put in the cement.
That's very cool.
And so we went down to the Whistleblower Oyster Company, which is the oldest company in company house in the UK.
