It's very mixed, obviously, ethnically.
It has got some problems with delinquency.

Economically speaking, it could do better, but it's not a hellhole.
And, you know, contrary to what people have been writing about, talking about Kimbapé growing up in poverty, in a sort of violence-rapid neighborhood, it's totally false.
He's a middle-class kid, you know, forget that, who went to a private Catholic school, and so on and so forth, and lived in a town, Bondy, where you do have a couple of estates, that's true, but also you've got some very nice parts of the city, and crucially,
there are playing fields everywhere.
And that is the reason why you see all these players, because from the 1960s and 70s onwards, there were some people who were actually quite visionary, who decided, you know what, we're going to create something different when it comes to sport.
We're going to open it to the greatest number of possible.
We're going to create infrastructure.
If you go to Bondy, Bondy is not a big city.
You will be amazed what you will find there.
You will find proper stadiums, several ones.
You will find places where you can do big swimming, Olympic swimming pools, big playing fields, tennis courts, dojos for people who do martial arts, which, you know, very big in France.
Handball, of course, which is actually why Faiza, Cillian's mother, was in Bondy because she was a professional playing handball in Bondy.
every single sport that you can see, athletics tracks and so forth.
The facilities are absolutely unbelievable.
Basketball courts, volleyball courts, indoor courts, everything, unbelievable.
And it's free.
So the kids, what do they do?
