who's been fighting against data centers more than I have.

I led the effort with Ron Meyer to put design centers on the data centers.

So I'm glad people have joined me in this effort, very glad.

But let's be real clear, I've been doing this for, since I've been on this board.

It's easy to, Monday morning quarterback, if you've been here, with respect, Mr. Crony, for a year and a half,

But you were my aid.

You actually, well, two years, two and a half years, you were my aid.

You know what I was doing against data centers at that time.

In fact, you were helping me pull legislation left and right.

We fought together against True North and other data centers as well.

So my voting against data centers is not new.

My asking for information is not new.

And just like Mr. Sainz, without even talking to him, all the legislation he said he put into this agenda

legislative package, I have put in there as well.

At the same time, we do have a county attorney, and I do look for him for legal advice, and I am not an attorney, so I can't say I don't think that's legal.

I didn't go to law school.

And I'm not going to use my Google law degree to do anything.

I have a county attorney for a reason, and that's who I'm going to listen to.

So I like that we can get an opinion, and I look forward to an opinion coming back at the September 15th meeting.
