According to Mr. Brown, Supervisor Sainz deserves credit for electric vehicles

recharging stations that in a meeting he had asked for.

This proposal would move nine parking spaces off of Natchez.

Those parking spaces have been monitored by county staff and found to be occupied primarily by W&OD trail users.

Those nine spaces would move to a new lot for W&OD parking, which would have signage, and there would be two EV charging stations among those nine.

The county is proposing to work with Mr. Capretti, who is still in charge of the HOA, which is why it's so hard for the residents to get a unified position out because they don't control the HOA.

Mr. Capretti has agreed to work with the community and the county on putting up a fence, either along the sidewalk to keep kids from running from the playground into the road or around the playground, whichever the community and Mr. Capretti preferred.

The county is restricting truck traffic to the southernmost entrance, the one closest to Cross Trail.

So there will be no truck traffic using the more northern entrance that is closer to the community.
