We talked about potentially adding some trees to the area near the tot lot to add to the buffering.
Has that been further considered?
It is not in the draft conditions of approval.
It's something we're willing to work with HOA on though.
I think that makes perfect sense because the playground is nearby this land bay, but I think trees would help as well.

Most of our conversation has been around the proposal of adding the fence.
If the board desires us to move forward on that, that could be something we could look at, but those kind of things would really need to be something that the HOA wanted.
We would want to craft that carefully in a way that we wouldn't require it.
If they didn't want additional trees there, then we wouldn't want to put them there.
