Myers has gone out, my planning commissioner, a couple times and talked to the community as well.

I am fully aware that we need this facility.

And I have so much respect for the people who are going to be working in such a facility.

I am uncomfortable.

making anything that was to be housing anything but because we have such a need for housing in the county.

I just today went to an event with the Virginia Association of Counties and the number one issue in our region, the number one issue is the lack of attainable homes.

I'm a little uncomfortable with this not being homes and we have so little land that's under the control of the county.

I'm going to ask and answer a question myself, Dan, because I'm imagining that the county has looked everywhere.

This may be a question for Mr. Brown.
