My name is Bill Junda.
I'm a civil engineer with Gordon and I'm a consultant working for Loudoun County Department of General Services.
I think you all know Ernie Brown already.
No need to make that introduction.

So I think you all know where this site is.
It is in the Tuscarora Crossing development on Crosstraw Boulevard, about halfway between Route 7 and Sickle and Road.
And staff has done a good job describing the use and how we got here.
This site was always proffered to be a public use site.
It was originally slated to be an elementary school.
And about three years ago, Loudoun County Public Schools reached out to the county and said, we no longer have plans for another elementary school or any school in this vicinity.
And we're basically relinquishing our rights to this property.
And Ernie can speak to the site selection process that occurred to end up with this headquarter building.

I won't regurgitate all of this information that staff already presented, but I did want to clarify what the warehouse use is, the intensity of it.
