It's much lower intensity compared to an elementary school, and I'll just give you an example.

Elementary schools bring in material on 18-wheelers, and they do it in the night to be able to stock cafeteria, things of that nature, and that's necessary to avoid the de-conflict during the school day, and so you'll see that, but if you look at the numbers that Bill has up in here, you'll see the comparators in just traffic alone, and I'll be quiet and let Bill speak.

In terms of the size of the building, how does it compare with the size of an elementary school?

I think we are less square footage.

So we have less traffic, more spread out, and obviously fewer buses compared to box trucks, et cetera, and less intensity of use.
