Between the new design and the charging stations and things like that, this is much better than what we started off with.

It will lead me to very respectfully ask this question because we've been asking these questions to a lot of our applicants.

And so I think it's fair to ask the question of ourselves.

If we could have done a design this nice and done the things, the buffering and all the things that we can do them now,

Why couldn't we have done that before?

Because sometimes some of the anxiety and the heartache and the things that come later, when the community asks, it could have possibly came before.

For me, and again, with all the respect, because I mean that to you, Mr. Brown,

But government, by example, means when we're asking applicants, come with us the first time with a really good product, and so we're not going back and forth.

I think we have to apply that to ourselves as well.

So why did it take this long for us to get here?

So thank you for the question.

I think it's actually a very good and very fair question.

This is unique because the board will always maintain and own this property.

Any change that is desired in the future, the board will do so.

That is a clear leadership by example construct that is not being left to, once it's approved, it goes off to a private entity to maintain unto themselves.

This is something that the board will have stewardship responsibility in perpetuity.

I personally am, as you know, a form over function person.

So we started looking at build the functionality as the baseline.

I needed to make sure that we could as efficiently and effectively deliver county operations in the most cost effective manner to be good stewards of the public trust.

And so that's where we started.
