The process, which I think was really proper, it identified those additional things that the community wanted and they were added to it.
That does not need to stop here either.
Like the normal process does stop here with private development.
The board,
living out their ethos of leadership by example can continue to improve the property and manage and modify the property's purposes and uses as the need may arise.
You all exclusively have that authority unlike any private developer.
They don't have that capability.
So a very wise person told me one time that the county is a very good neighbor because there are nine people on this board that listen.
and when there are issues and concerns, unlike private development, the public has a venue to air their concerns and you all have the ability to evaluate those and make changes as you see fit.
