I've got a couple questions.
I have been working with this applicant in my office and myself for quite a while.
It's been an ongoing project.
When I get to the applicant, I'll ask him how long, but I think it's two, two and a half years, something like that.
Because they originally started as a day camp and then it was discovered after three or four
steps down the road that that wasn't that was going to work for him so they had to come back in for this minor specs um or for these these specs um you mentioned during your presentation that i think the you said that although generally can this area is considered agricultural use appropriate scale and intensity for these other uses including i think sports for the special exception what what
can you kind of just give us a general thought on why why you believe because i think staff's approving this correct or that you you you have approved based upon the conditions of approval right and are those worked out yet or are we still working through those correct so the the supplemental that went out has confirmed that the conditions have been approved to legal form and are ready for action so staff is now supporting this based upon those conditions of approval is that correct that is correct okay so there's how i guess in terms of guidance
just for general discussion, how do you kind of dictate, have you thought through this process in terms of appropriate scale intensity?
Because I think maybe that would be some of the concerns that might be up here, but could you chat about that a little bit in terms of how you kind of came to that conclusion that this kind of fits under that?
Sure, so in discussions with the applicant, they identified operational structure that would work for them and staff has worked with the applicant to establish conditions related to hours of operation.
