Pulled out in the vehicle and the term the secretary used was weaponized the vehicle.
He was shot by an ICE agent.
Killing the person that was driving a small vehicle, white vehicle.
And the question is, what did he do with his vehicle?
Were officers threatened?
Were the threats rising to the level that justified deadly force?
We now have since heard from the senator that the person shot and killed apparently was not the person that they were targeting for the enforcement.
We've been told that body cameras would be widely distributed.
The secretary told me that they're on order, that they have been distributed widely across the country, but not everywhere, and apparently not in Biddeford, Maine.
But I am concerned.
The video is quite tragic.
There's some video where the man can be seen pulled out of the car, limp.
ABC News was able to interview a witness who claimed that the man was badly injured.
He thought he heard him say that he was trying to stop his vehicle.
Suffice to say, this eyewitness was very rattled and deeply emotional about what he saw.
They're describing him as a 26-year-old man who they said had been in contact with immigration officials and had authorization to work in this country.
They're furious about this incident.
They're claiming it's overzealous enforcement and that another person needlessly has died.
