ISIS put out a statement late on Monday evening in which they're describing an incident where they were looking for a undocumented or person that they were trying to deport who was at a specific address and that a person left that address that ended up somehow interacting with them in a way that they felt was aggressive and that shots were fired and that this person is deceased.
It's a tragedy whenever there's a loss of life.
We don't know the circumstances at this point, but my statement to Secretary Mullen, I said, I'm going to say that you have committed to me that this investigation will be full, fair, and transparent.
Can I say that?
He said, yes, absolutely.
This comes as ICE is on the heels of that incident that you talked about in Texas and
And as they're ramping up enforcement, trying to make 2000 arrests per day.
The challenge of these stories, obviously, is that you have the federal government undertaking a pretty major enforcement immigration deportation campaign.
But these are people involved.
And that's the challenging part.
Seeing some of these videos today, suffice to say, just deeply disturbing.
