So let's define it.

Okay.

Well, let me tell you about it.

So it's not technically a medical term.

And we have to stress this, like no one's out there like in a medical journal talking about it as like a real significant thing that happens to everybody.

It's definitely more of a slang kind of term that's kind of clocked on, I guess, on the internet.

And it sort of represents this like hormonal and bodily changes that happen in people.

And it's more common in women, apparently.

And leading up to menopause.

We actually got a DM from someone saying perimenostage and body changes are re-traumatizing like the first round of puberty.

So a few of you have experienced this.

I do believe you can.

But I wanted to validate any guys or male identifying people who are listening to this.

You can kind of go sort of through a second puberty as well.

Not as much as women, apparently.

But there is this thing called andropause.

which obviously sounds like menopause, but it's like for men.
