But just quick logistics questions.

In the application of this, if you go to the way who all will be subject to the new objective design standard, are pre-applications considered part of a formal application of a project?

And is there a sunset clause to an application?

Like an application can be held at bay for years at least.

Is there a sunset clause for when the application will be subject to these standards?

Know that activity is a very broad term.

It can be I connected, I talked, I submitted an email, and that's activity, or is there substantial adherence to the application requirements, aka comments review back, something that more explicitly defines what activity is.

How is the design standards, can it or will it impact the historical properties designation?

How would new projects adjacent or properties that are currently in the inventory be impacted by the standards?

Yeah, so what are we doing today that basically either sets the ball rolling for phase two, and I don't know if that phase two can impact phase one.
