And it's training, coding, vibe coding, AI, prompt engineering, building bots, doing hackathons, career development.
They do mock interviews and headshots, professional headshots, a LinkedIn workshop, this whole thing to build future professionals.
And these students, they get tied one-to-one with a Microsoft mentor.
One of our students from last year when we did this program told me last week that she was working at her job and nobody knew how to fix the Active Directory problem.
So she called her mentor from a year ago and he helped her.
That's awesome.
And here's another thing where Microsoft, they're not charging us for this.
And so we're not charging the students.
They just have to be willing to commit to a fairly significant amount of time.

They're building these multidimensional skills.
And it was great to talk about this because we tell students and in the industry broadly, we talk about professional networking, how important that is.
Well, if you're 20 years old and all you've ever done is go to school and you have a kid's job somewhere, part-time job,
Professional networking, oh, I have to have a LinkedIn page.
Well, that's just like my dad's Facebook.
I'm not interested in that.
Here's a tangible example.

I worked with a dude named Reggie Davis down on MacDill Air Force Base 15 years ago.
We worked together in the same company, in the same team, and we were friends.
