But it doesn't look the same in every country.

And certainly red meat is not something that's uniformly seen in the unhealthy diets.

Indeed, we found that there was a relationship between the intake of, we think, good quality red meats rather than processed meats in our large sample of Australian women.

That red meat mental health relationship is significant.

And I can talk a little bit about the trial that we're running around whole of diet in depression.

But going back to the bipolar disorder and the schizophrenia literature, there's one very well-known study and the only one in early psychosis.

And in that, they took young people who were determined to be at high risk of developing psychosis.

They didn't actually have psychosis.

And they randomized half of them to receive fish oil and the other half to receive placebo.
