lucky for me I've been I have had therapy but I didn't go to therapy for this issue I actually worked on it myself one of the things that I did do a lot is I spoke to my friends when I felt it so I actually was really honest with one of my friends and said I need to when I feel this I need to talk about it with someone else rather than saying it to Dave and so I got into this habit of when I had the thought when I had I send a little text to a friend it might be like a fire sign so she would know I'm in the midst of a jealous moment and then I
Once I could express it and get a reasonable response to it.
And as I got into that, I also started to choose to look at what he did do.
A part of jealousy for me was the thought that I wouldn't be able to survive if someone left me, that emotionally I wouldn't be capable of dealing with that.
And I actually also had to work on that and actually keep reminding myself that I'll be okay if he does do that.
