We have an expectation that the Irish economy has grown very strongly over the last number of years, that it will continue to grow, maybe at a slightly more modest rate over the next number of years.
And really, one of the policy kind of implications of that is that this is a really good time to put that investment in infrastructure in.
Because there are longer term challenges beyond the 10 years that we looked at in terms of ageing population and climate change that putting the investment in place now would really help to address.
