That's huge.
So I love that study that I did.
It was a hard study to do, but it's really shows the power that snacking.
can have.
I don't actually get my snacks anymore from the supermarket because, and I this is going to sound like a sales pitch, which it is absolutely not, but this is true to what I do now at home.
Um, I have my Zoe uh snack bars delivered that I purchase uh from Zoe.
These are snack bars that we've created.
Tim, myself, the incredible team at Zoe, based on our knowledge of what constitutes a health.
And so now I know that I'm actually using my snacking to have the healthiest possible diet that I can have.
So there's so many opportunities for healthy snacks.
There's obvious ones like having nuts, having seeds.
um having fruits, having vegetables, but there's also other ones that we might not necessarily think of.
So you could even snack on leftovers of your meal.
If it's a healthy meal you've had the night before, snack on those leftovers.
You could have popcorn, yogurt, you could have cheese on, you know, whole grain style crackers.
These are all different healthy ways of snacking.
I think we have to get out of this perception that a snack is this pre-packed snack bar or
chocolate bar or crisp.
It is an eating event between a meal.
If you are having lots of cookies with your tea every day, they're not going to be healthy for you.
