That's really our idea is to really make people think about food in a different way because it's not about a few weeks and I can lose a few pounds.

There's lots of examples, whether it's nuts or chickpeas is another one.
If you have whole chickpeas rather than you mush it up as hummus, there's a slight difference in how you absorb it and its effect on the body.
