That's got some live microbes in it.
So that probably means it's also good for you.
So there's lots of stuff out there.
You've just got to, again, think about food in a different way.
What can I add?
And you can add these things to your meals.
You can start using yogurt or kefir instead of cream.
You can put all these mixes.
You can add your krauts to soups or curries.
Lots of things you can do to get ferments in your diet.
Start slowly.
You don't have to go hardcore.
That's the other thing.
All the experiments we've done at Zoe have shown that the first effects of improving your diet from a gut point of view are in the brain.
And if you value your brain and you want to improve your mood and your energy, your tiredness, then a gut-friendly diet is the way to go.
And it doesn't matter whether you're just...
shifting yourself a little bit towards more fiber and more diversity, giving yourself fermented foods, or you're actually taking our prebiotic supplement on top of your food, they all work.
And my mood has really improved since I started doing this.
And it's something people don't associate with food.
I think that's the other important thing that we're never told, you know, oh, what you had for breakfast can influence how you feel three hours later, but it does.
