And that's the problem with society.

There has to be consequences.

Or else it's a free-for-all.

Apparently, every time an employee wants to leave a company or gets fired, they go on AI.

They go on the chat GDP and it will write them a claim and they'll just submit it.

apparently the fair work commission is backed up like the tribunals are backed up because of all these people submitting these ai generated claims and usually the employer has to um pay them off so they might have to pay them 10 grand or 20 grand because to get a lawyer and actually fight some of these spurious claims you're ending up costing you 30 grand yeah so it's like um off money

so so you know so what what is that telling kids if if from their first job they um don't turn up you know look you and i were probably not the best um you know employees when we the defense department took us on you know we probably had a you know

payday drinks and were a bit sort of shady on the friday after but um but we never thought we'd get unfair dismissal you know i wasn't bullied when the edgy flight sergeant came and stood in my face betting on my face because my shoes weren't shiny enough you know i just knew to do better tomorrow but these kids they're being taught hey you don't you get treated unfairly you've got to go after the man and this poor person you know they've given you a job

They're trying to get rid of junior wages as well.

So I'm not going to take on young kids to come work for me and give them training experience if I have to pay them a full adult wage.

I'm not getting a full adult value out of them.

And that's what people are thinking.

So they're trying to create youth unemployment, get kids back on the dole.

And you can't really blame them for being demotivated.

No, you can't.

If they see the tall poppy stick their head up and get slashed.

And look, Australia's in the past used to be, you know, criticized for knocking tall poppies, but nothing like now.

Albo and those types and the Greens have brought in the politics of envy.

So if you've done well for yourself, you've obviously got to be corrupt.

Yeah.
