But I had to speak out because the independent directors don't care about the shareholders anymore.
They just care about carrying their asses.
In fact, funny known fact that I think people find interesting, if you're an independent director on a company
The definition of independent director is someone who doesn't hold hardly any shares in the company.
So you're not aligned with the shareholders.
So if you're out there buying shares, the independent directors aren't looking after you.
They're looking after their butt and trying to get the next gig.
and staff who come on board at a startup on a low salary i i like so in i i made millionaires i've made a bunch of my staff millionaires some of the multi-millionaires over the years so so i am absolutely appalled to see a situation where if i give my staff shares in a startup because i can't afford to pay him a decent salary and say hey let's all get rich together you know let's build this thing let's work bloody hard
Yeah, they want to tax it 47%, just like they do for you a salary.
