If anyone had been lucky enough to be in a fighter plane or something like that and gone at 7G or 8G, you know it hurts.

So that's acceleration.

But speed, you can travel at any speed that you want.

And a good example, this is what... So the example is if you're on a plane, right?

If you're on an aircraft,

it feels like you're not moving.

So it might be going at 500 miles an hour or whatever it is, but you can't tell.

Yeah, because you'd accelerate.

Uh...

Well, if it just stopped, if it slowed down gradually, then you'd be stuck in night or day or whatever it is.

Ah, right.

But you wouldn't... If it just suddenly stopped, then we'd, yeah, we'd accelerate and you'd get thrown against the wall.

No, there's gravity.

So they just carry on going at whatever speed they're going at.
