I don't think we are, but I was convinced after the end of the radio show that that was just me saying I don't think that we are without any logical argument.
It's just the idea that can you imagine?
Even simulating your experience, your conscious experience.
You mentioned AI.
So AI is, again, very powerful now.
Then there's debate about whether those things are actually conscious or whether they could be conscious or whether they could be considered living things.
The idea is that if a computer can run...

It's so perfect that it even has, you know, sort of, well, things that operate like human brains or AIs in it.
I mean, think of an AI, for example, actually.
Think of an AI, it's running on a load of computers somewhere.
But if it becomes conscious and intelligent, and we don't know whether they can, but if it did, then it's in a computer.
