The nearables are the things that I'm relying on.
Well, let's have a look and I will tell you my exact score, but I think I hit around the eight marker.
I tend to actually do really good with deep sleep.
So not all sleep is equal.
So here we go.
My sleep score for last night was 79, which isn't the best, but you can see I've got lots of interruptions where I was doom scrolling for the first part of the night when I should have been asleep.
And I have managed about seven and a half hours worth of sleep, which is what they say is in the sweet spot.
Now, bear in mind, these things are 10 to 20% erroneous.
It means I could have had maybe seven hours, maybe I had eight hours.
But as long as it's more than four and a half, I think I'm in a better position than you, Robin.
Yeah, and if I took the nearables with me as I travelled, I could put those into any hotel room that I'm travelling in.
And in fact, in the future, hotel rooms will have the smart beds in that you'll be able to log into like you can with your iPhones or your phones or your tablets or wherever it is that you're travelling.
So the bed will know your preferred sleep settings wherever you are in the world.
With an intelligent mattress?
Intelligent mattress, intelligent bed frame, intelligent room.
This is the move to industry 6.0, the rise of ambient AI.
Aren't you?
There comes a point when something's useful enough, you forget about it.
So, for example, we set and forget things like monthly subscriptions.
I know right now I need to go and buy some eggs, some bread and some milk.
