And then we came in through beta-feron and then monoclonal antibodies, and it's totally transformational.

So now the first episode of an 18-year-old with blindness has LM2 Zumab and will never have another episode in the course of their life.

Then you raise the question, are the treatments effective?

Well, you have your opinion and it's obviously quite strong.

I would say that the treatments do work.

Are they the best treatments ever?

No, they're not.

But this is the first generation of treatments and there's more coming through the pipeline.

So we know there's a number of phase three trials that are coming to readouts very soon.

And I think we're going to see lots of different options for treatments, and that's why these blood biomarkers are important, because we can then try and distinguish, is this therapy the best for you, or should you be on another therapy?

And I suppose we're lucky that treatments are coming through.

We didn't have those treatments.

But you're right, they're not the most effective, but that's the beginning.

It's probably somewhere between 0% and 7%.

It's not 100% clear.

And you're right, what we don't want to do is scare people and you don't want people to have tests and results come back and people don't know what to do with them and leading to all sorts of catastrophes.

So I think this is a gradual process and people have to be patient, but it will be worked through.

But in the first instance, this will be in the hands of specialists, either neurologists, geriatricians or specialist physicians.

Ultimately, where does it go in the long run?
