It may not be easy to get directly in touch with them, but the local police will know how to, or they ought to know how to.

They can look it up if they don't.

And all you have to say is, I've got some real concerns.

You don't even have to name the person to the local police if you don't want to.

And I'd like to be put in contact with these people to talk to them.

And they would then be flagged and they would start looking at their internet traffic.

They would start looking at their gun ownership.
