I mean, I agree with most of that, but I would say that they did also integrate databases and personal files across agencies that had been deliberately kept separate to more efficiently locate, target, and then deport populations of people.

Yeah, no, but I think that, you know, your basic point I completely agree with, which is that in general, there is a feeling that business operates in a kind of stratum that's insulated from feedback or responsiveness.
