So tracking expenses, living on a budget is going to be difficult.
Now, for those of you that are paying your way through school and, you know, like not in that situation, you're kind of cursing me and I understand, but most college students are not doing that.
Most college students are, again, either borrowing the money, have saved the money, parents are paying for it, whatever the case is.
That being said, you can begin to form some habits where,
that will carry with you forever.
And tracking expenses is one of those.
And what I would suggest, Kenzie, is maybe once a week, like put it in your routine when you're doing laundry or whatever it is sometime on a Sunday.
Like build the habit to sit down for the week and review your expenses that you paid for throughout that week.
So that you know where your money is going and there will be expenses.
You'll be like, yeah, of course I have this expense.
I had to put gas in the car and I had to buy groceries and I had to pay for my cell phone or I had to do this.
I do that.
And then there's going to be expenses.
You're like, man, I am eating out a lot.
Or I spent that much at the bars?
No, I don't know.
Maybe Kenzie doesn't drink.
