It's so amazing that everyone was acting like it was the first time it ever snowed in their lifetimes.
Are you allowed to shovel snow?
Why is this the first time this is coming up?
We never shoveled snow on Shabbos.
So Ashul had a custodian that shoveled the snow so people won't slip.
It's just not something that people, that we ever did before.
But now, all of a sudden, everything's a sakana.
But anyway, so you get some more interesting shaylas related to snow.
You got a shayla, a guy runs a business where whenever it snows, he sends non-Jewish employees with equipment to clean up all the snow.
And they get paid for doing so, and he gets a cut.
The guy that runs this business gets a cut.
So is he allowed to take his cut when they're going and doing it on Shabbos?
They're working for Jewish people, they're cleaning up the snow, and they're non-Jews, and is he allowed to take his cut?
But over here, you're not being paid for the season, you're being paid for right now, for this snow.
So I thought it was Aser, but then I heard Rabbi Willig, you know, this answering your Sheilas thing is, you know, my version of answering people's Sheilas.
