Oh, look, when it comes to settlement day, I would prepare first home buyers that there can be delays.

So you might have a settlement day and that might be the 1st of June.

And you're already, you've got your removalist booked, but there's things that can happen that cause delays.

And that might be something like the owner might have an issue with the property they're purchasing.

And completely out of their control, it's delayed.

So their settlement has to be delayed, which means your settlement's delayed.

So things can happen.

I just think if you understand before you start the process that these things can happen and

it can stop the emotional stress of it at the time.

So I think knowing that that can happen and knowing where the property is yours and not getting emotionally attached until it is yours can be really important.

I think even if that team isn't a professional team, even if it's your support people, the people around you when you're buying a home are very important.
