Yeah, see, I would say that's the most common national scheme that's getting taken up at the moment.

And from the bank's perspective, there's not a high risk because you're not doing a 95% loan.
Because you've got the government guaranteeing 15%, they're actually only doing an 80% lend.

Even though you're borrowing the full 95%, there's a guarantee in the background.
It's really similar to a parental guarantee except the government are guaranteeing you, not your parents.
