And at that time, the owner or the vendor can choose whether to extend that cooling off period or not.

And the conveyancers and the real estate agents will negotiate that.

So it's worth asking upfront what the conveyances charge.

We tend to say it's somewhere between $1,800 and $3,000 are your conveyancing costs.

Oh, this is really, this is actually conveyance-specific.

Some of them will say, we only charge when you buy a property and some will actually charge each time you look at a property and they're reviewing a contract.

So I think they're things to worth, they're things that are worth asking upfront, just like you would with any potty in your team.

You want to understand their process, what their costs are and when you're being charged.

And I would say the most tears I've seen in my career have been with people thinking that an offer accepted means they have the property.
