So I do think that there is always fear about OTAs.
My, one of my biggest fears with OTAs right now is all this focus on booking services and
And number one, it's because I do a ton of concierge.
I do one to two million a year in concierge and I don't want Airbnb honing in on that.
But honestly, even more, I don't like the idea that Airbnb is making these kind of weird, unmanaged opportunity for some random people to go become a chef in a $10 million property that I manage, right?
So I definitely have fear about OTAs.
It might be a little different than some people, but I think like the broad reaching concepts to think about with OTAs
as ways to bring that control back to yourself would be through the naming convention, through the staging and the photography and through the consistency of service at whatever level.
I think those are like tried and true ways to sort of pull some of that back to yourself.
Like sort of disappearing into the mass?

I mean, what does that feel like?
Of course, that's an uncomfortable feeling.
And that is...
I think I see some operators that sort of tell themselves a story about how they can differentiate through maybe more like one-off.
I'm trying to think of an example that I've seen recently.
I guess one thing is people that do unique stays or whatever, and they're trying to create this...
And I think while, say, a unique stay, people that are all about A-frames or tree houses or this kind of stuff, I do think that's interesting.
