Okay.

So to me, it's not BS.

Okay.

I used to think that company culture was BS because I had worked a long time ago before we started this.

I worked for Coca-Cola in marketing.

I worked with McDonald's.

Not that those are bad companies, but I was completing the obesity circle of marketing.

And I know I will be punished for that in the afterlife, I'm sure.

But so I had experience with company culture that was massive, but I didn't like that version of it.

So then as our company grew, I was averse to the concept of company culture.

And I sort of finally changed my mind.

We ended up hiring some consultants to help us.

And when I made a shift, my husband and I did some work to really start to build our own company culture.

And like you said, the very beginning mission and...

you know, values and all these kinds of vision, all these things that I thought were BS, they honestly became monumentally like foundational to what we were doing.

And so that did help us to then have this really stable team that was here year after year that we could help train our

on the concepts of connection, right?

Like how they're going to connect with the customer, with the homeowner, how our team is going to handle the recovery paradox, right?

The whole concept of like in travel, we always are trying to make everything frictionless, but you know what?

That's BS too.
