It felt small when I decided I wanted to hire a personal assistant, like an executive assistant.

I thought that this was like, oh, I just want this.

I'm being frivolous.

But it absolutely changed how much I can get done.

No, that was definitely our idea from the beginning.

Okay, so we had tried a couple companies back in the day, but I would say I did not find any of them to be extremely horrible.

It wasn't like, oh, they're just like the worst thing ever.

I would say they were all okay, and that was the problem.

So this condo that we had, this was just a two-bedroom, but like ski in, ski out, practically ski in, ski out on the mountain, right?

So mid-mountain.

And I was thinking that that should have higher level service.

It's a high nightly rate for two bedrooms.

And to me, it needed luxury service.

I'm from Chicago, so I have more of an urban upbringing.

I had worked in different luxury services.

So I was thinking that luxury service, that there would definitely be a component of urgency, of...

attention to detail that's what I was not seeing with these companies so that's what we set out to achieve right like I basically when my husband Rob he wanted to start this company it was his idea and I was like that's a terrible idea but then once he kind of pushed on it and by the way I was wrong right I always say this it's true I was I was wrong and Rob was right and then that repeated itself

Throughout the rest, it's only been, you know, whatever, 20 years.

So once we got going, my stipulation was, okay, let's make this something where we only focus on luxury properties, and then we give luxury service across the board, right?

So we understand how we build our service out from the beginning, and that would be to serve a luxury clientele
