And we just, we didn't break out of that box until just the last couple of years.

And man,

Our housekeeping is even better than it used to be.

We're not losing money on it.

There's more control.

It's a much better experience the way that housekeeping fits into our processes now that it's internal.

That was a huge mistake that we made.

And, you know, I'm not, I would never say that the people we worked with on that, you know, that were outsourced, those people were great and there was nothing bad about that.

But it was more our own fault for not, we were afraid.

Actually, my thing is, you know what I've learned?

All the decisions, almost all the decisions that you make out of fear as a business owner are going to be your mistakes.

Like if you make a decision because of fear, it is generally going to end up biting you in the ass.

So I try to think about that a lot now.

Like while we make a decision, I try to kind of stop everything and be like, all right, are we doing this out of fear?

Or is this like a conscious choice that we're making because...

Sometimes it's hard to know, especially in the beginning when you have a younger business and you're just getting going.

I'm pretty sure like 95% of what you're doing is because you're afraid because of course you are like a small business could tumble at any moment.

And so you're always trying to keep it alive.

So it's hard to know when you're acting out of fear when, you know, things are a little more tumultuous, but I think it's a great concept to try and pause and

And recognize when you are acting out of fear and then try to understand your decision and make sure that there's not maybe another option that maybe wouldn't be something that you're doing because of fear.
