We are all in different areas of life where we're all struggling with time management and fitting everything in a day.
And as much as you hear people say, oh, we all have the same 24 hours, we don't.
No, we don't.
We have 24 hours, but they are not the same.
Like a part that really stood out to me though, is like even identifying your distractions.
Like she talks about it in the book, identifying what is your distractions and learning how to say no to things.
And it's not even learning how, it's your responsibility to say no to certain things too.
Because you can't, you don't have the capacity to take on everything.
Speaking to, you know, men and women here, but especially women, we always feel like we need to have a million hats.
on we're you know we're running around like monkeys sometimes and uh it's okay to not have it all you know we don't we each have our own gifts we're not called to be other people you know we're called to be ourselves and stay you know we're running our own lane and uh in our own race and we're supporting each other but it is okay to not have it all together and so just that book really taught me
a lot about the time management in a sense and learning how to say no to things.
I definitely haven't.
I mean, I
want to go back in and reread it again.
I have, I have the hard copy because I like to highlight and then write the, like some quotes out and I have them like on my bulletin board and I just hit them there.
