And I'm also a single mom and I have a fabulous daughter who you'll get to meet today.

And so her name is Lauren.

And so she's... Keep an eye out for Lauren.

And so I would say she's probably my biggest success is having a fabulous daughter.

I love that.

I'm 52.

I know it's probably not politically correct to own it, but I am.

She's lying.

And so I want to say that I like to be proactive and I have never been able to find like a lifestyle for health and fitness.

It seems like the new fad, I'd try it.

I'd be good at it for a couple of months.

So I want to say in the last year and a half, I was really on a search for a lifestyle that I could be consistent about something every single day, that I would see results.

It would just help me be living my very best life.

That's kind of what my mission was.

So in June of 2025,

I started seeing Dana White and Mel Gibson and RFK Jr.

talk about this blue product, and they would drop it in water.

And I'm one of those people, I love to study what I want to know about, but I don't want to just learn because I have to do it, right?

So I went on this deep dive into cellular health, and what I found is a product called Methylene Blue.
