So I hit a moment where I had to decide, am I going to keep doing what I've been doing for 10 years, that I'm dependent on a product, or do I want to go ahead and finding that if I could wake up the mitochondria and it could start giving my cells what it naturally needs, my body will produce what I need for my serotonin. And my life has forever been changed.

Welcome back, everybody, to another episode of the Living Your Legacy podcast. I'm your host, Jason Tyler, and today I am joined by Ms. Rachel Boston. Hi, Rachel. How are you doing?
Rachel Boston 1:46
Hey, Jason. I'm doing great.
Jason Tyler 1:48
It's great to have you here. Welcome to the show. And I want to just, you know, we're right before we record your episode for Women in Power. First of all, how are your nerves? How are the jitters?
Rachel Boston 1:59
I'm a little nervous. You know, it's a little out of my wheelhouse.
Jason Tyler 2:03
That's totally natural.
Rachel Boston 2:04
But I feel like it's growth.
Jason Tyler 2:05
Exactly.
Rachel Boston 2:06
I'm growing.
Jason Tyler 2:07
If you put yourself in situations that you've never been in, then you're guaranteed growth. Right. I want to give the opportunity for the audience right now, for those of them that don't know you, for those of them that might be just tuning into your story for the first time. Give me a little bit of a breakdown of who is Rachel Boston.
Rachel Boston 2:24
Well, I am a realtor in North Texas. I live in Frisco, Texas. I have been building my real estate career for over the last 34 years. I know it's hard for you to believe that, but it's true.
Jason Tyler 2:35
You don't look a day over 32.
Rachel Boston 2:37
And I've been working on my anti-aging since I was 24. So we're counting on that, right? Well, it's working. Thank you. And I'm also a single mom and I have a fabulous daughter who you'll get to meet today. And so her name is Lauren. And so she's... Keep an eye out for Lauren.
Jason Tyler 2:52
She'll be a part of the episode as well.
Rachel Boston 2:53
Yes. And so I would say she's probably my biggest success is having a fabulous daughter.
Jason Tyler 2:59
And, you know, coming onto the show and telling your story to the people out there, it's a brave thing to do. So like, that's why I usually bring up, if we record before your episode, I like to bring up like the nerves to let people know like, hey, it takes bravery to go out there and share your story, right? And so I want to talk a little bit about, A, you're in real estate, but B, we have some product here in the studio. I want to talk about that first. And then maybe we can just walk it back. We can walk backwards from there.
Rachel Boston 3:28
I love that. I'm 52. I know it's probably not politically correct to own it, but I am. She's lying. And so I want to say that I like to be proactive and I have never been able to find like a lifestyle for health and fitness. It seems like the new fad, I'd try it. I'd be good at it for a couple of months. So I want to say in the last year and a half, I was really on a search for a lifestyle that I could be consistent about something every single day, that I would see results. It would just help me be living my very best life. That's kind of what my mission was.
