When I get a new idea or something, I'm going to, and they all learn everything from me.

And they said, okay, Rachel, you go get the information, come back and tell us what we all need to do.

I'm kind of the little discovery person.

I'm a big believer on don't reinvent the wheel.

Find somebody who's already successful in what you want to do and mimic them.

I had a wonderful mentor and that's exactly what I did.

And that's how I built my real estate business.

I knew two people when I moved to Dallas, you know, back in 1999.

And that's not very big because, you know, you talk about your sphere of influence.

That's how you're supposed to build your real estate.

So I just mimicked everything that she did.

And I built a 98% referral based business in real estate.

It really does.

Well, that creates momentum.
