I think it's something that everyone should work on and that's important for everyone.
But again, it doesn't have to be the kind of thing where you were just born like this or you have one specific idea of what the politician looks like.
Not everyone has to come into that, but I think everyone should try to find their own charisma.

Do you just need more flexibility?
Maybe you don't need to, you know, offer to take a pay cut and have some formal part-time work schedule if you can just, you know, make up the hours later at night or push for more remote work.
For other people, there really is just too much work and they really need to have that conversation and kind of solidify hours that are different and new.
There's just some people out there who still feel like they don't have enough time for the rest of their lives with all that they're being asked to give at work.
And sometimes that's because we're working so much.
I talked to one person who doesn't work on Fridays now, and he said he's still he's working close to 40 hours, but he figures that's better than the 60 hours a week.
that most full-time professionals are working.
So some of this is about just the amount of pressure on us as workers.
There was also a sense that as we saw some of the flexibility that came with the pandemic, the ability to work remotely, that some people saw an opening to move even more in the direction of flexibility in a way that maybe might keep them in the workforce.
As the pandemic brought us more shades of gray, people are thinking like, oh, maybe I could just ask to work part-time.
For some people it is.
And I had this conversation with experts too who said, you know, think about what you really want.
