I think, I mean, it really depends on where you're at and your writing journey.
I think, you know, you go through different phases where you learn more and more about what the process entails and what it takes.
I think if you're listening to this podcast, you're already getting all the great advice and learning everything you need to know.

So I was consuming voraciously information about the industry and how it works.

The ability to work on your own projects, which I think is great, but for the networking, because that has been really surprising to me.
I had a very tiny writing network before publishing and it's growing now and that's been wonderful.
But I do think there's more to it.
I hate saying this because it makes everything sound exclusive.
It's like any other industry, you know, networking can make a difference.
And that counts for being introduced to agents.
