And he goes, well, this hearing's been canceled because I ruled in your favor.

I don't know why my assistant didn't cancel it.

It was Friday.

So that was my one positive.

My one real negative, and this was one of those that, you know, it's very frustrating.

We had an ALJ.

This happened to be for a hospice client.

And there were about...

40 cases that had gone up and we had booked two days with the judge and we had a statistician and it was, it was a very complex case.

And the judge ended up only giving us four and a half hours on one day to do everything.

And this was a Tuesday.

The judge was located in New Mexico and Monday morning at 10 AM in my office, I was delivered a 46 page decision.

So the judge had clearly pre-written the decision.

That was one of those we could tell the judge really wasn't interested.

And we really didn't feel like we had the opportunity to fully present our case over there.

So it was very frustrating, but we couldn't show clear error at that point.

So that was my positive and negative, my two most memorable positives and negatives.
