Are you living in the joy of the Lord?
Like, as parents, like, is this the home that they grow up in is a home that has the reality of sin and forgiveness is something that they know in their bones?
You know, they know that they should, Lord willing, experience what it is to be right with God.
That that's the atmosphere of the home.
It should be like, my dad would say, spiritual bread baking.
It should be like there's so much wonderful stuff happening here.
Now, in that context, then when something else hits him in the face and it's a rancid thing, it should be almost a visceral reaction.
You know, it should be like...
I don't want that.
And it doesn't mean that I'm not trying to say that's like foolproof.
And if your kids have been raised here, they won't be tempted by that.
They just will have framework to deal with it.
Fellowship is something that for many believers is like a
like a concept they can't quite imagine, right?
And that is because of the church's failure to teach the basics of Christianity.
But if you grow up in a home with faithful Christian parents, and there's not bitterness, and there's not malice, and there's an absolute love of the Lord, like the peace and the sweetness of that, it is a thing that you just know and understand.
And when I say that, I am talking about the
like the home that I was raised in where people confess their sins, you know, like where it was like, forgive me, that was harsh or this was, you know, like where things were just picked up.
