So my dad would always say the difference between a really dirty house and a clean house is not how many things were dropped.
Like the difference is how many things are picked up, like how many things are being routinely taken care of in the home, that it really dramatically impacts the feeling of the home.
And so I would say I have had a bunch of babies, which I nursed them all.
I don't have the knowledge to know what vitamins needed to be boosted in the breast milk for this baby on this day.
But God uses your body to do that.
He uses your body.
He lets you be a vessel for nutrition and things for this baby that you don't even have a hot clue that that's what they needed.
And you couldn't have come up with...
The idea of trying to take control of that, like, let me control the situation and do better than God is doing, is just, you wouldn't do that.
You're like, God lets us be part of something that's way more complex than we even have the academic understanding of.
And I think that that is really true when you have teenagers also.
And the reason I say that is that if you are in fellowship with God and you are in fellowship with your teenagers, you're confessing your sin against them.
You're confessing any sorts of like you are praying for them, praying with them, and you yourself are in fellowship with God.
More is happening in that relationship than you even have the head knowledge of.
You know, like it's it is that staying in fellowship with Christ and with them is
does more than you could ever, I could never say what all is, what are my kids going to learn from me having a bad attitude today and confessing it?
Like I wouldn't, you know, it's way beyond our pay grade to know how God is using all of that.
So it's super simple, but also way more complex than we have any real understanding of.
It's like, well, just nurse the baby.
